No one starts a business with the business model all figured out.
Even seasoned entrepreneurs know that the early stages of business is for business model discovery.
This is when you test various solutions to problem you are trying to solve until you stumble upon a model that works.
Never get married to particular solution so much that you close yourself off to other possibilities.
When things are not going well, that’s your invitation to test new ideas.
Test, learn, iterate, and test again. Discard solutions that don’t work.
Keep repeating this process until you discover a model that best solves the problem you are in business for.
Is your business model working? Have you tested other solutions lately?
I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
